What does a typical Riviera Haven set up look like?

Many of our clients have their second home on the French Riviera and we look after their house when they are not here and we make sure it is in good shape when they get back. The wifi will work, there will be no leaks, no bad smells, and the swimming pool will be "nickel" (that is Perfect in French). Everything is ready for vacation mode! If our clients want to rent their house, we will find tenants and during the rental period and we will be the point of contact when any questions arise.

We are also happy to help plan any work to be done during the off-season. We oversee the work and we will use our trustworthy and well-known suppliers. The work will get done and you will not be overcharged.

How much are your services?

Prices vary depending on the size of the property and the level of service required but start as low as €500 per month for a yearly contract.

How do you ensure my property is well-maintained?

We conduct regular inspections and maintenance and we only use our network of trusted contractors to ensure your property is always in top condition. The continuous inspections make sure that all mishaps are taken care of immediately.
